Delivery & Carriage Charges

Stock item goods will normally dispatched within 1-2 working (business) days. Bespoke, embroidered or customized orders will normally be complete within 7 days from ordering. (A dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice).

We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if the delivery company is asked to leave the goods in an unsuitable location and subsequent loss or damage to the item is incurred.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges which may be necessary to redirect your delivery.

Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us within a reasonable time. If any goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Cancellation and returns

Any items which have been personalized or modified to your specification, e.g. non standard sizes (sizes which do not appear on our price list), colours/styles outside of the options listed on our website, are not refundable.

If you cancel a received order you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. We will aim to resolve the matter quickly and to your satisfaction.

If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our offices and checked.
