Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Measurement Issues
If our measurement guide has been followed correctly, then all coats that have been measured by the consumer should fit adequately. All manufacturers have their own definitive size guides, some will be more generous, others will be less so. It is not practical to use the guide of another manufacturer as a size guide for your Lily Peeps coat. Please make sure to measure using our meaurment guide. It is simple to use and simply explained.
Exchanges for Coats
Lily Peeps does not keep stock coats. All coats are made individually to order to allow a broad range of fabric combinations and sizes to be chosen to suit the consumer’s preferences. For these reasons, exchanges for coats is not possible, unless the ‘refunds’ section below is relevant. In some circumstances we will exchange coats. Please email us in the first instance to discuss your reasons. If an exchange is warranted, we will ask for the unsatisfactory item to be returned, unworn in its original packaging. A refund for return postage by the consumer will be given at a rate of no more than the Royal Mail First Class postage service, whatever that happens to be* Royal Mail is subject to postage rate increases over time.
Refunds
If it is found any of our products were unsatisfactory because of poor workmanship on our part and the coat, coats or other items fell apart, broke or did not function as they were intended, and were not subjected to any excessive use or mishandling by the consumer, then a full refund or exchange will be given without question.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, e.g. invoice or delivery note.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
